Description
This solicitation is for the supply of programmable power supplies. The items are to be delivered to Argonne National Laboratory in Lemont, IL. Offerors are required to provide a published price list or redacted invoice to support pricing reasonableness. Additionally, vendors must verify the country of origin, confirm lead time, and indicate if any tariff charges will be applied, as these must be included in the unit price. Discounts for the Department of Energy or GSA contract pricing should also be noted if applicable. Key documentation to be reviewed and returned includes Argonne Terms and Conditions for Commercial Items (ANL-71COM) and Pre-Award Information, Representations and Certifications (ANL-70B). The solicitation is governed by the attached RFQ and Argonne Terms and Conditions.
