Description
The Village of Lemont, Illinois is soliciting bids for the 2026 Village of Lemont I & I Improvements project. This project involves the CIPP lining of various sanitary sewers within the Village, including the restoration of services after the lining is completed. All work must be performed according to the plans and specifications prepared by HR Green, Inc. Plans and proposal forms are available electronically from HR Green, Inc. by contacting Kelly Andrews at kandrews@hrgreen.com or (815) 320-7120. Only qualified contractors will be issued bid documents. Proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check for 10% of the base bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish both a performance bond and a payment bond, each for 110% of the contract price, from an approved surety company licensed in Illinois or acceptable to the Owner.
