Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for two Type II corrosion-resisting aluminum coating kits, NSN 8030-01-653-8271, identified by part numbers BAC5719 and Iridite 14-2. The kits must comply with the cited technical and quality requirements, including a 12-month extendable shelf life, applicable packaging and marking requirements, and hazardous-material communication requirements. The quotation is for supply and delivery, with destination inspection and acceptance, FOB destination, and delivery required within five days after award. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside. Suppliers of hazardous materials must provide applicable Safety Data Sheets and labels as required; the solicitation also states that additive-manufactured items will not be evaluated unless specifically authorized.
