Description
The City of Wichita is soliciting proposals for a commercially available, proven agenda management software solution for the City Clerk. The solution must support agenda creation and workflow approvals, collaborative editing, automated numbering, document and packet management, meeting minutes, voting, remote participation, public agenda and media publication, accessibility compliance, records archiving, reporting, analytics, and integrations with the City's website, YouTube, Municode, voting software, and other external systems. The scope includes software acquisition, installation, configuration, implementation, business process reengineering, data conversion, integration, training, documentation, customer support, maintenance, and warranty services. Proposers must provide a fixed-cost solution, detailed architecture and security information, implementation and training plans, relevant municipal references, functional and technical requirements responses, cost schedules, and required certifications and forms. The anticipated contract term is one year with four one-year renewal options.
