Description
The City of Derby is soliciting sealed bids for construction of offsite pipelines associated with its water treatment plant. The scope includes approximately 16-inch water-line and raw-water piping, 10-inch sanitary sewer force-main piping, connections to existing facilities, valve assemblies, flushing and fire hydrant assemblies, air-release assemblies, valve vaults, manholes, sample stations, fiber conduit, fencing, and related appurtenances. The work also includes directional drilling, trenchless steel casings, boring/jacking, levee crossings, gravel-drive restoration, site clearing, seeding, erosion control, and temporary and permanent restoration. Proposals must include a certified or cashier’s check or bid bond for at least 5% of the proposal amount.
