Description
Westchester County is seeking an informal request for quote for paint through an electronic bid submission process. The solicitation uses item-based pricing and asks vendors to provide responses regarding earliest delivery or start date, minimum order requirements, payment-term discounts, pricing validity, and warranty information. Products must comply with applicable federal, state, and county requirements, be delivered FOB destination, and be guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship. Equivalent products may be considered if clearly identified and determined to meet the required characteristics. The county may award by individual item, grouped items, or lot, and may issue an official purchase order to the successful vendor.
