Description
The City of High Point is soliciting a qualified contractor to perform exterior painting and recoating of the 5 MG CROM Reservoir at the Frank L. Ward Water Treatment Plant. The work includes preparing existing exterior surfaces, cleaning, applying a new protective coating system in accordance with the project plans and specifications, and providing all associated labor, materials, equipment, and incidental work required for a complete finished coating system. Contract documents and plans are available through the Duncan Parnell Bid Room for a nonrefundable fee of $125 plus tax and shipping per set. A pre-bid conference will be held on September 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM; attendance is encouraged but not stated to be mandatory. Sealed proposals are due by 2:30 PM on September 30, 2026, and the bid opening is identified as public.
