Description

The City of Park City is soliciting sealed bids for comprehensive improvements to Hap McLean Park. The work includes demolition and removal of existing pavements, utilities, trees, shelters, baseball-field improvements and lighting, playground equipment, and former pool-house and mechanical-building structures, with salvage and relocation of certain playground equipment. New construction includes site grading; roadway culverts; roadway and parking-lot paving; site lighting; utility services; a dog park; sport courts; prefabricated shelters and restroom buildings; playground equipment; sidewalks; signage; and a pond. The project also includes related drainage, landscaping, erosion-control, fencing, electrical, and pavement-marking work. The estimated completion date is June 17, 2027.
