Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking three 1-gallon units of Mil-Spec rust-arresting coating, NSN 8030-01-369-4416, for use on rusted ferrous metal such as iron or steel. The specified product is a vinyl-acrylic copolymer resin system, identified as Neutra Rust 661 1GL, with a 12-month non-extendable shelf-life requirement. The product must be supplied and delivered FOB destination within five days after award. Requirements include hazardous-material compliance, Safety Data Sheet and hazard-label provisions, MIL-STD-129 labeling with lot or batch numbers, specified packaging under MIL-STD-2073-1E, and delivery to the designated military destination in Okinawa, Japan.
