Description
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial-grade cafe/dining furniture and associated turn-key services for Building 1456 at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing, delivering, assembling, installing, and removing all debris for the specified furniture. The required items include 28 armless upholstered dining chairs, 2 freestanding banquette benches (approximately 72 inches wide), 4 round dining tabletops (approximately 36 inches diameter) with compatible bases, and 6 square dining tabletops (approximately 42 inches square) with compatible bases. All furniture must be new, commercial-grade, and suitable for high-traffic use, with dark neutral frame and tabletop finishes, and dual-fabric upholstery coordinated with the chairs. The delivery and installation services encompass inside delivery to Building 1456, assembly of all furniture, attachment of tabletops to bases, placement of items according to a government-provided layout, and complete removal of all packaging and debris, leaving the space clean and ready for use. Any damaged items discovered upon delivery or installation must be replaced at no additional cost. The solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
