Description
The Uintah and Ouray Agency, located in Ft. Duchesne, Utah, requires a lockable high-density file storage system. The supplier will be responsible for delivering and installing the system, including all necessary components, hardware, and materials. This includes removing existing materials, installing base and rail components, and assembling a secure, lockable storage unit with a trolley system. The system will be installed along the west wall of the Minerals office, with specific placement determined by agency personnel. Laminates should closely match the existing system, and the supplier must provide locks, keys, and training on the system's operation. The system must be mechanically assisted, requiring a maximum of 5 pounds of force to move, and must be ISO 9001 certified. The anticipated delivery date is 60 days after award.
