Description
This solicitation is for the procurement, delivery, installation, removal, and disposal of dormitory furnishings for Naval Technical Training Dormitories at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland. The required items include 786 lift beds, 357 bunkable beds, 438 wardrobes, and 357 bed stacking kits. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and installing new furniture in Buildings 1475 and 1479, as well as removing and disposing of 499 existing Captain beds. All deliveries and installations must adhere to industry standards and be coordinated with government points of contact. The contractor must also provide dumpsters for the removal of old furniture and debris, ensuring proper disposal in compliance with all applicable regulations. The work is to be performed during normal duty hours, Monday through Friday, between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm, unless otherwise approved. The contractor must provide commercial standard warranties for all items.
