Description
The Village of Schaumburg is soliciting bids for casework for the Al Larson Cultural Center, specifically for the dressing rooms and conference rooms. This project involves furnishing and installing new custom casework, including solid surface countertops, lavatories, wardrobe/storage components, and associated hardware. The scope includes work in conference rooms #103 and #104, and dressing rooms #112 and #113. The project aims to enhance durability, refresh the spaces, improve functionality, and add value for users. Demolition and removal of existing casework, countertops, and fixtures are not included in this contract and will be handled by others. The contractor will be responsible for all supervision, labor, materials, and tools necessary for completion, including site safety and cleanup. Detailed shop drawings, material samples, and a project schedule must be submitted for approval prior to fabrication and installation.
