Description
Douglas College is soliciting proposals for comprehensive furniture services for its new Student Housing Building located at 808 Royal Avenue, New Westminster, British Columbia. This Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is the initial stage, with qualified respondents invited to a subsequent Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP). The scope of work encompasses furniture for student residence units and amenity spaces. Services required include furniture planning, design support, procurement, delivery, installation, and ongoing warranty support and post-occupancy sustainment. All communications and submissions must be made electronically through the Douglas College Procurement Portal prior to the closing date. Submissions via email, mail, courier, fax, or any other method will not be accepted.
