Description
Riverbay Corporation is soliciting a complete body-worn camera solution for approximately 110 sworn personnel. The scope includes approximately 110 cameras, approximately 14 multi-bay docking stations, mounting and charging accessories, secure evidence transfer, user authentication, and a centralized digital evidence management system. The vendor must provide unlimited secure storage, retention and legal-hold capabilities, audit trails, role-based access, evidence search and sharing, system configuration, implementation, training, technical support, maintenance, software and firmware updates, warranties, and ongoing system administration. Proposals must include line-item pricing, a completed Appendix B, and references for five similar clients. The solution must also address cybersecurity, data ownership, integrations, data export at contract termination, and implementation planning.
