Description
The Kansas Air National Guard is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for 30 office desktop computers, 10 performance desktop computers, and 4 semi-rugged notebook computers. All items must meet the attached salient characteristics, including approved 64-bit Microsoft Windows Enterprise operating systems with Microsoft Office and other applications, specified processor and graphics performance, memory and NVMe storage capacities, Ethernet and PXE capability, TPM 2.0 security, USB optical mice, 104-key USB keyboards with FIPS 201-3-compliant CAC readers, dual-voltage power supplies, and four-year next-business-day on-site warranties with memory and storage-media retention. The quote must address all requirements and include pricing, technical compliance information, offeror identification and contact information, CAGE code, UEI, quote acceptance period of at least 60 days, applicable completed clause fill-ins, and any required amendment acknowledgments. Quotes must be submitted electronically in a compatible Microsoft Office or PDF format; the Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract to the lowest-priced responsible offeror meeting the technical requirements.
