Description
Jackson County is soliciting sealed bids for the sewer system remodel at its Juvenile Detention Facility. The work includes furnishing all required materials, labor, and equipment for the project, including asphalt grinding, paving, pavement markings, and other miscellaneous work identified in the plans and specifications. Bids are subject to applicable Oregon public contracting laws, including ORS Chapters 279, 279A–C, and 701, as well as Jackson County ordinances, rules, and regulations. Each bid must include a statement indicating whether the bidder is a resident bidder under ORS 279C.430.
