Description
The Del Norte Local Transportation Commission (DNLTC) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to develop the 2028 Regional Transportation Plan and Environmental Document. The selected consultant will provide professional planning services, including the preparation of a comprehensive regional transportation plan that meets federal and state requirements, as well as the associated environmental document. The work will be performed under a master professional services agreement, with tasks ordered as needed. The agreement includes standard terms regarding compensation on a time-and-materials basis, insurance requirements, indemnification, and compliance with California prevailing wage laws. Proposals are due by September 23, 2026.
