Description
The City of Grants Pass is soliciting bids for the Mill Street Sewer Replacement project (Project No. SE6414). The work includes approximately 2,041 linear feet of 18-inch PVC sanitary sewer pipe, 175 linear feet of 18-inch PVC sanitary sewer pipe with Class E backfill, six 48-inch eccentric sanitary sewer manholes, four 60-inch eccentric sanitary sewer manholes, one 48-inch flattop storm drain manhole, ten 6-inch sanitary sewer laterals, removal of six existing sanitary sewer manholes, and installation by jack or bore of 40 linear feet of 30-inch steel casing pipe. The project also includes asphalt pavement and patching, sidewalks, ramps, curbs, gutters, and aprons. Bidders must be prequalified for the specified work categories, comply with Oregon prevailing-wage requirements, attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting, and acknowledge Addendum No. 1 with their bid. Addendum No. 1 extends the bid closing and public opening to September 24, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., and extends the contractor prequalification deadline to September 18, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
