Description
The National Park Service is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contractor to remove existing Hach 1720D turbidity meters, valves, tubing, and fittings and install Government-furnished Hach TU5300sc turbidity meters and an SC4500 controller. The contractor must furnish labor, materials, tools, transportation, supervision, electrical integration, approximately 20 linear feet of sample tubing, isolation and flow-control valves, fittings, and a bypass/sample-loop configuration. The work includes mobilization through trail access, coordination of water shutdowns limited to two hours, installation verification by a Government-scheduled Hach-certified technician, and any resulting corrections or adjustments. The contractor must submit a technical approach, relevant experience and past-performance references, an applicable Oregon Construction Contractors Board license, a construction schedule, safety documentation, product data, shop drawings, calibration certificates, and operations and maintenance manuals. Completion is required within 30 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed, with a minimum one-year warranty.
