Description
Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) is requesting proposals for roof maintenance, leak mitigation, leak prevention, repair, and restoration services. The work will be performed at the Fermilab site in Batavia, Illinois, covering over 500 buildings including commercial, industrial, and residential facilities. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services, including emergency response within 4 hours, urgent response within 24 hours, and routine response within 72 hours. The contract will be awarded as two Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) subcontracts, each with a two-year base period and three one-year options. Task orders will be issued on a firm fixed-price basis, with a maximum value of $250,000 per task order. The estimated total value of task orders over the five-year term is approximately $700,000. The contractor must be an approved Johns Manville Peak Advantage contractor and must have a minimum of seven years of commercial roofing maintenance experience.
