Description
Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC is seeking qualified contractors to perform monthly and annual inspection, testing, reporting, and routine maintenance of Fermilab’s cathodic protection systems. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, calibrated equipment, documentation, labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidental services for underground natural gas piping cathodic protection systems, impressed current stations, rectifiers, and associated components. The scope includes system measurements, condition assessments, routine minor maintenance, deficiency notifications, and comprehensive inspection reports with recommendations for corrective actions. The opportunity remains a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 541330, with a one-year base period and two option years. Proposals must be submitted by email, and Amendment 1 requires offerors to acknowledge the amendment and resubmit previously submitted materials to the updated procurement specialist.
