Description
The City of Wheaton is requesting professional engineering services for the 232 Wesley Street and 220 South Cross Street parking structures. The scope includes condition assessments; visual reviews and representative concrete sounding; documentation of deterioration; conceptual repair recommendations; separate probable-cost opinions; and a PDF condition-assessment report. Additional services include preparation of construction documents, repair details, drawings, CSI-format specifications, phasing, bidding instructions, general conditions, qualified-contractor recommendations, pre-bid support, addenda, and review of ADA and building-code considerations. Construction-phase services include a preconstruction conference, review of submittals and pay requests, up to 10 part-time site visits, construction observation, progress meetings, punch-list and closeout support, and warranty-period repair review. Proposals must include the requested technical information, fee proposal, and required procurement forms.
