Description
Lycoming County is soliciting sealed bids for a voice evacuation fire alarm system replacement project. The scope includes supplying, removing, installing, programming, testing, and commissioning the replacement system, along with required drawings, training, maintenance documentation, and related supporting work. The system must be open source and comply with applicable fire-safety, electrical, NFPA, and Authority Having Jurisdiction requirements. Bids must remain firm for 60 days after opening and must include bid security equal to 10% of the total bid. A mandatory pre-bid conference is required before submitting a bid. The solicitation identifies required bid forms, a bid bond, supporting documents, and buyer-provided questionnaire and pricing templates.
