Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division requires a contractor to provide nationwide electronic fingerprinting services for workforce candidates located throughout the continental United States. The contractor must provide a web-based appointment scheduling system, collect and submit electronic and digitized hard-copy fingerprints through the Secure Web Fingerprint Transaction (SWFT) and SWFT+ systems or successors, support two Submitting Office Numbers, and achieve at least a 95% fingerprint acceptance rate. Unacceptable submissions must be recaptured and resubmitted at no additional cost. The firm-fixed-unit-price requirement supports up to 780 personnel annually during a base year and four one-year options. The contractor must submit monthly Financial Status Reports by the fifth day of each month, invoice based on actual prints taken, safeguard Privacy Act information and personally identifiable information, and provide pricing for each base and option year. Responses are limited to eight pages, including the title page, with one-inch margins and a minimum 12-point font; the response must demonstrate compliance with the technical requirements and include the requested supporting documentation, scheduling information, and pricing.
