Description
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department seeks an annual requirements contractor to maintain and service HVAC equipment at its facilities other than headquarters. The scope covers approximately 304 systems across 22 locations, including heat pumps, split and packaged units, evaporative coolers, unit heaters, and exhaust fans. Work includes scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections, filter changes, repairs, replacement parts and materials, and maintaining equipment in operational condition. Individual repairs up to $25,000 are included; larger repairs require a separate quote and department approval. The contractor must provide qualified HVAC technicians, maintain a local facility, and support 24/7 emergency response. The solicitation also requires service reports, refrigerant-compliance documentation, and compliance with facility security and access procedures. The initial contract term is one year, with four possible one-year renewals.
