Description
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is soliciting bids for an annual requirements contract covering routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacement of HVAC systems at non-headquarters facilities. The equipment inventory includes approximately 304 units across 22 locations, including split systems, heat pumps, package units, evaporative coolers, unit heaters, boilers, exhaust fans, supply fans, and related controls and drainage systems. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, qualified technicians, refrigerant handling, filters, belts, lubricants, and replacement parts necessary to keep the systems operational. The scope includes scheduled inspections, seasonal servicing, emergency response, repairs up to $25,000 per individual repair at no additional cost, detailed service reports, 24/7 on-call capability, and response within four hours for emergency requests or two hours for IDF-room emergencies. The initial term is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with four potential one-year renewals. Work requires a local facility, properly licensed and certified technicians, security screening and badging for personnel, and compliance with applicable refrigerant, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
