Description
This Nevada prevailing-wage public works project includes roadway improvements on Sim Street from Marley Way to Warm Springs Road and ponding mitigation along the south side of Cottonwood Avenue from Swapp Drive to Heyer Street. Work includes removing and replacing asphalt pavement, installing or replacing signage and traffic signing, regrading an existing swale, and removing and replacing stormdrain pipe at residential driveways with 4-foot by 2-foot reinforced concrete box sections. The estimated project cost is $860,294 to $949,746. Bidders must use applicable Nevada prevailing-wage rates for all labor classifications. The solicitation package includes the bid document, plans, bid bond, subcontractor lists, designation of subcontractors, an affidavit concerning preference eligibility, a bidder's statement of authority, and a disclosure of ownership. A pre-bid conference and bid closing will be conducted via WebEx.
