Description
The Nevada System of Higher Education, on behalf of UNLV, seeks a corporate real estate advisory firm to support a planned hotel and hospitality development on institution-owned or institution-controlled land. The advisor will assess development feasibility and market conditions; provide financial modeling, valuation, and highest-and-best-use analysis; and advise on hospitality development, ground leases, public-private partnerships, and alternative delivery or financing structures. The firm will support the hotel developer solicitation from scope development and market outreach through proposal evaluation, interviews, developer selection, negotiation, and agreement structuring. It will coordinate with UNLV's internal real estate, procurement, planning, finance, and legal stakeholders, and provide reporting, recommendations, and governance presentations. The proposal must include a detailed approach and timeline, and pricing must be submitted using the provided Pricing Response Form. The sample contract states an initial term of five years.
