Description
The City of Oklahoma City and Trusts is soliciting a single contractor for three coordinated construction projects: facility road improvements; Bureau of Reclamation improvements; and McGee Creek Authority headquarters site restoration. The work includes asphalt pavement removal and replacement, overlays, drainage-pipe replacement, traffic striping, erosion control, surveying, seeding, traffic control, toe-drain and riprap repairs, vault and instrument-house demolition, ventilation-duct replacement, and replacement of corroded electrical equipment. The headquarters restoration scope includes demolition of the former headquarters building and related utilities, removal and disposal of hazardous and asbestos-containing materials, removal and return of a communications tower, fencing and gate installation, gravel-drive and sidewalk construction, grading, sod installation, erosion control, and waste management. Bidders must submit a Special Questionnaire for prequalification, provide five-percent electronic bid security, submit the required notarized affidavits and electronic bid materials, and attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. The latest addendum sets the bid deadline for October 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CDT.
