Description
The City of New York Department of Parks and Recreation is soliciting bids for the reconstruction of Mannahatta Park. The project includes demolition, site grading, concrete and brick pavers, concrete and granite curbs, planting of trees, shrubs, and perennials, and installation of benches, game tables, trash receptacles, bollards, garden rail fencing, and a drinking fountain. Work also includes water supply, drainage, and electrical systems, including in-ground LED and security lighting. Bids must be submitted through PASSPort only. The procurement is subject to Section 6-129 of the New York City Administrative Code, M/WBE requirements, prevailing wage requirements, and community hiring requirements. Bid documents, drawings, addenda, and the bid bond form are included in the solicitation package; downloading the package requires a NYC ID account and login.
