Description
The City of North Richland Hills is seeking proposals from a beverage vendor-sponsor for exclusive pouring rights and non-alcoholic beverage supply at NRH2O Family Water Park. The selected vendor will provide national-account pricing for beverage products and cups, promotional materials, equipment procurement and installation, ongoing equipment service, staff training, an emergency parts kit, and primary account support. The scope includes fountain beverages, bottled water, teas, juices, isotonic beverages, and other carbonated or non-carbonated products, subject to stated specialty-product exceptions. The vendor must also provide annual advertising and marketing support, including a cash sponsorship payment, promotional strategies, digital advertising, social media and in-park activations, and support for special events with complimentary bottled product. The solicitation permits proposals for contract terms of five to seven years and requires vendors to submit complete, signed bid documents electronically through Public Purchase.
