Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, is seeking capability statements from firms interested in construction services for the MRLS Unit L-385 Line Creek Relief Wells project. The work includes installing four new groundwater relief wells, replacing a failing retaining wall, performing associated drainage earthwork, and completing riprap repairs within the project limits. The anticipated project magnitude is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Drill rig operators must have at least three years of experience with the proposed equipment on at least two dam or levee projects. Respondents must submit a capabilities statement addressing business information, UEI and CAGE codes, capability to perform work of this magnitude and complexity, business size, joint venture information if applicable, bonding capability, subcontracting or teaming arrangements, and relevant projects completed or substantially completed within the last five years involving levees, relief wells, and retaining walls. This is a sources-sought market research notice, not a request for proposals, and may lead to a future small-business set-aside or full-and-open procurement.
