Description
The City seeks monthly filling, adjustment, and cleaning of 47 restroom units serving toilets and urinals at its Distribution and Maintenance facility over 12 months. The units use a bowl-cleaner and odor-control liquid refill system; Sanor or an approved equal or better is acceptable. The vendor must provide product and warranty information with its bid and proof of service after each monthly visit. Unit pricing must include shipping, handling, and applicable costs. The purchase order is valid for one year or until funds are exhausted, whichever occurs first, and may not exceed $5,047.80.
