Description
The PA State PEPPM Consortium is soliciting supplemental product lines for its 2027 statewide cooperative purchasing contract. The procurement covers 114 product lines, including E-Rate-eligible offerings from manufacturers such as Arista Networks, Belden, Cables2Go, Lowell Manufacturing Company, ReadyLinks, Riverbed, Samsung, SolarWinds, Tripp Lite, Ubiquiti, and Vivi, as well as equivalent products. Requested categories include Category One network equipment and maintenance; internal-connection equipment and related software or licenses; routers, switches, wireless access points and controllers, firewalls, antennas and connectors, cabling, racks, uninterruptible power supplies and battery backup; managed internal broadband leased and existing equipment; and associated maintenance services. The contract is intended to establish unit pricing for later mini-bid purchases by participating Pennsylvania schools, libraries, and consortia. More than 835 eligible entities may use the contract, although actual purchases will depend on subsequent mini-bids. Contracts are planned for January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, with an optional one-year extension. Vendors may propose equivalent product lines and must follow the RFP's product-line, exception, question, and submission procedures.
