Description
Saskatoon Public Library seeks commercial and domestic appliances for its new central library. The requested equipment includes domestic refrigerators, dishwashers, a wall oven, and induction cooktops, as well as commercial refrigeration and freezer equipment, a dishwasher, microwave ovens, a washer and dryer, and a stainless-steel preparation table with sinks. Proponents may bid on either the commercial or domestic section, or both, and need not bid on every item within a section. The specifications identify basis-of-design products while allowing equivalent alternatives that meet the requirements. The successful proponent will supply, deliver, offload, and install the proposed equipment at its final room locations, and provide commissioning and applicable training. Pricing must include the complete solution and related costs. Proponents must also quote a three-year post-warranty service agreement and provide hourly service rates if that agreement is not selected. Supporting product literature is required for proposed equivalents; requested drawings and installation information must also be submitted where applicable.
