Description
The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services is soliciting bids from authorized dealers or resellers for new Bosch, Maytag, Samsung, and Whirlpool household appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, ranges, ovens, washing machines, clothes dryers, and dishwashers. Bidders may compete for one or more categories and for statewide or county-based awards. Pricing is submitted as percentage discounts from manufacturers’ suggested retail prices, with separate pricing for inside and crated delivery; bidders must also provide manufacturer MSRP catalog links or price lists for the categories bid. Inside delivery includes delivery to specified cities, uncrating, setting appliances in place, connecting and adjusting applicable appliances, and removing and disposing of packaging and appliances. Crated delivery is available to other locations and does not require installation. Contractors must provide new, current-model appliances meeting the stated safety and environmental requirements, including Energy Star identification and applicable refrigerant and mercury restrictions. The scope also includes appliance manuals, warranty support, and customer service. The contract term is up to 34 months, with a possible performance-based extension of up to 24 additional months.
