Description
The 726th Air Mobility Squadron requires integrated off-base lodging for transiting aircrews near Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. The contractor must provide either a continuous 200-room block or a 100-room core block with up to 100 additional surge rooms, covering a base period from October 5 through December 31, 2026, and three monthly option periods through March 31, 2027. Each room must accommodate one traveler, and crews must remain together at the same hotel. Hotels must be within a 40-minute drive of the base front gate and meet specified room, safety, access, privacy, and crew-rest requirements. The prime contractor must manage hotel agreements and reservations, provide rapid room placement and access support, pay hotels, maintain capacity and operational records, provide 24/7 support, submit weekly performance reports, and invoice the Government monthly through WAWF. The quotation must include pricing, a proposed Performance Work Statement, a nonpublic hotel and capacity annex, a performance and surveillance matrix, references for work performed within the previous three years, and required representations and certifications. Quotations may cover either or both alternatives and must be submitted in English by email to both listed contacts with the solicitation number in the subject line.
