New Mexico Water Service (NMWS), a subsidiary of California Water Service Company, is seeking professional design services for a water treatment facility. The project aims to address per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) using Granulated Activated Carbon (GAC) media. This project is funded in part by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and must comply with all federal requirements. The awarded contract is also subject to New Mexico Finance Authority (NMFA) review and concurrence.
