Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks information from qualified sources capable of providing licensing, maintenance, and support for Circle CVI42 MRI and CT postprocessing software used by the VA Portland Healthcare System's Radiology Department. Required capabilities include cardiac MR software for function, flow, angiography, and tissue mapping; coronary vessel and calcium-scoring licensing; and the listed 4D Flow Evolve, Cardiac MR Evolve, Core CT Evolve, and Strain Evolve licenses. The potential firm-fixed-price contract would include a 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods. The vendor must be the original equipment manufacturer, an authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller, with authorization documentation from the OEM. Services include software support, troubleshooting, regional support, and service engineering by personnel trained by Circle Cardiovascular and holding current OEM training certificates. Service may be performed remotely by telephone, while on-site personnel will be escorted by VA staff. This notice is for market research only and does not request bids, proposals, or quotations.
