Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole-source purchase order for EPICOR ITSM, the current client ticketing software used to support CSOS registrants and service desk personnel. The requirement includes ongoing software maintenance and licensing to ensure uninterrupted help desk operations and continued support for a growing user population. The notice states that no other public, private, or governmental entity provides the required capability, and that EPICOR does not authorize third-party providers. The opportunity is therefore restricted to the specified provider and is not suitable for an unauthorized reseller or intermediary.
