Description
Oregon Health & Science University is seeking a qualified supplier or supplier team to provide enterprise voice-connectivity services. The scope includes SIP trunking; public switched telephone network and long-distance services; toll-free services; DID management and porting; fax services; and traditional POTS or POTS-replacement services. The solution will replace legacy PRI services with a secure, resilient, and operationally supportable SIP-based model. Requirements include geographic and carrier diversity, integration with OHSU-managed Cisco CUBE/SBC infrastructure, implementation and migration, porting, testing, administration, reporting, service levels, and ongoing support. The solution must support continuity of patient care and other critical operations.
