Description
Portland State University is seeking quotes for four commercial washing machine filters. Filters should be smaller than 50 x 70 x 30 cm, process 120 liters per minute or 31.7 gallons per minute, include a self-cleaning component requiring replacement no more than monthly, and include all associated components such as the transformer and wiring. The respondent must describe compliance with the mandatory and preferred specifications, provide delivery timing, and offer pricing for additional filters at the same delivered unit price. The quote must include the total delivered cost, a short statement of the firm's qualifications and years in business, confirmation of compliance with the requirements, and diversity-related information. The opportunity includes required Diversity Matrix and Respondent Certification forms. Four units must be available for delivery no later than October 5, 2026.
