Description
Denver Public Schools is seeking pricing for primary data center internet access and data transmission services. The requested capacity is estimated at 10–100 Gbps; quantities and bandwidth may increase or decrease during the contract term. Installation and initial configuration are indicated in the service request. The complete technical scope is referenced in the separate “BD2736 Primary Data Center ISP Services E-Rate” RFP, which is listed among the application’s associated documents but is not included in the provided document contents. The solicitation permits consideration of multi-year contracts and voluntary extensions of specified number and duration, but excludes automatic or evergreen extensions. The attached insurance exhibit sets out extensive insurance requirements for the contractor, including general liability, automobile, workers’ compensation/employer’s liability, cyber/network security and privacy liability, and other coverages where applicable; it states that coverage is to be secured at or before agreement execution.
