Description
The Contra Costa Transportation Authority is soliciting bids for the Richmond Street Complete Streets Project, a construction project involving full-depth pavement reclamation; asphalt milling and filling; Class II bicycle-lane striping; replacement, repair, and upgrading of sidewalks and accessible curb ramps; solar-powered Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons and street lights; traffic-calming features; tree planting and landscaping; and traffic signal modifications at Hill Street, Potrero Street, Moeser Lane, and Stockton Avenue. The engineer's estimate is $9,042,083 for the base bid, with two additive alternatives estimated at $12,564 and $526,400.
