Description
The USDA Forest Service is seeking a firm-fixed-price supply contract for cattle guards and precast concrete bases to support replacement and rehabilitation of cattle guards on National Forest System roads and motorized trails. The requirement includes 14-foot and 16-foot cattle guards with HS-20-rated metal grates, 12-inch-deep concrete bases, wing-to-fence attachment pieces, hardware, anchor systems, fencing connectors, and related components. The solicitation requires pricing for all line items, including delivery. The contractor must provide new, structurally compliant materials manufactured in the United States, with OEM traceability and documentation demonstrating compliance with applicable load and engineering standards. Quotations must include product details, product literature or data sheets, a proposed delivery date within 90 days after award, a signed SF 1449, a price proposal, and the Buy American Certificate. The Government will perform installation; the contractor is responsible for delivery, safe offloading, and advance delivery coordination.
