Description
The City of Surrey is requesting proposals from a qualified consulting team led by a landscape architect registered with the British Columbia Society of Landscape Architects. The selected team will develop a comprehensive landscape design for areas beneath and adjacent to the SkyTrain guideway along the Surrey portion of the Surrey Langley SkyTrain corridor. The scope includes a predesign assessment, concept and typical-condition plans, detailed landscape design and construction drawings, cost estimates, and an implementation and phasing strategy. The proposal must be submitted as a single PDF by email or through the BC Bid electronic submission system. The information meeting will be held virtually through Microsoft Teams on October 5, 2026; attendance is discretionary.
