Description
The Regie incendie de l'Alliance des Grandes-Seigneuries (RIAGS) is requesting public bids for the supply and installation of furniture for its fire stations. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest proposed price, with an estimated six-month contract period. The solicitation is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, and the Quebec-Ontario Trade and Cooperation Agreement. Questions must be submitted in writing to Alexandrine Gemme, Assistant Clerk, at approvisionnement@riags.ca. Sealed bids addressed to Patrick Miron, Director and Secretary-Treasurer, must be deposited at the RIAGS administrative offices or submitted electronically through SEAO by 9:00 AM on September 15, 2026. Bids will be opened publicly immediately after the closing time.
