Description
Novi Community School District is soliciting proposals for the forestry work category (WC 01 F) for the NAC Forestry project. The listed scope includes excavation, clearing and grubbing, and related construction trade services. Bidders must complete the contractor qualification process and submit a qualification statement and a complete audited or reviewed financial statement with accountant’s report and footnotes. Proposals must include the required notarized Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certificate and Familial Relationship Sworn Statement, as well as bid security. The advertisement also requires bidders to include the cost of co-obligee labor and material payment and performance bonds in their base bids.
