Description
The State of Utah, through the Division of Facilities Construction and Management, is soliciting Stage II bids from contractors that were prequalified under the applicable Stage I mechanical-contractor process and remain on the DFCM Prequalified Contractors list. The project involves replacing an existing air handling unit and a variable frequency drive serving a heating hot water pump at the Utah Schools for the Deaf and Blind. The construction cost estimate is $475,000. Bidders must complete the online BidTable, provide a bid bond, submit required contractor and business information, and certify compliance with the applicable DFCM General Conditions and other listed requirements. The subcontractors list must be emailed to dfcmcontracts@utah.gov by the solicitation deadline.
